At Next Level Luxury Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy ensures clarity and fairness for both parties:

• Deposit Policy: All bookings require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your event date.

​

• Cancellations 15+ Days Before Event: Full refund minus the deposit.

​

• Cancellations Within 14 Days of Event: No refunds issued.

​

• Weather-Related Cancellations: We’ll do our best to reschedule your event or offer a credit toward a future rental, subject to availability.

​

• Service Issues: If a trailer cannot be delivered due to mechanical failure or error on our part, we will issue a full refund.
